What are the delivery stages?
Authorized orders usually take 1–2 business days to prepare. After shipment, carrier travel is estimated at another 4–6 business days. Checkout displays the available shipping charges. The Shipping Policy explains tracking and delivery concerns.
May I return a new item without a defect?
Yes. An eligible non-defective item may be returned after a change of mind if it is new, unused and in original condition. Defective and incorrectly supplied items may also be reviewed, and eligible exchanges are accepted. Start within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval, and then use the free prepaid return label included in the package for the postal return. There is no restocking fee. See the Refund Policy.
How soon is money returned?
Once approved, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial-institution posting can take longer.
