Eligible requests
Ask within 30 days after delivery about a return or exchange for a new Good Molecules item. Eligible defective and non-defective products are accepted. A non-defective item returned for preference, a changed mind or a mistaken option must remain new, unused and in its original condition. Damage, a defect, missing components, an incorrect shipment or a material difference from the description may also be reported; consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain available.
Approval comes first
Email starenglishlanguage2022@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Add photographs or video for a problem item and retain the packaging and parts. Wait for approval and the accurate return address and instructions before mailing; the General mailing address is not automatically the returns facility.
Mailing the item
A free prepaid return label is included inside the package for eligible postal returns. Use it only after approval; if it is absent or lost, contact us for assistance. No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges and replacements depend on review and available inventory.
Approved refunds
We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer or other payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
