Order preparation
After payment authorization, Good Molecules orders normally need 1–2 business days for preparation. Carrier transit starts only after dispatch and is estimated at 4–6 business days. These periods are separate, weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and a particular delivery date is not guaranteed.
Address and delivery service
Checkout presents the available destinations, delivery services and charges for the address entered. Review the street, unit and postal code before submitting the order because inaccurate information can cause delay or return by the carrier.
Tracking support
Tracking is provided when it becomes available. If a scan stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged, delivery is late, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email starenglishlanguage2022@gmail.com with the order number and tracking reference. A carrier investigation may be required before a remedy is confirmed.
